Admissions policy.
Dog Vaccination Requirements:
All dogs vaccinations must be administered annually and the required vaccinations are:
Distemper
Lepto L4
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Please Note: Kennel Cough vaccinations must be administered at least 10 days prior to your dogs stay.
If your dogs vaccinations are not up-to-date your dog will be refused access to our facility.
Please seek advice from your vet regarding vaccinations.
We also recommend a deflea and deworm treatment prior to your dog coming for their stay.
A hard copy of your dogs vaccination cert is required upon check-in and will be returned to you on collection.
Medication policy:
Any medication to be administered must be discussed with staff prior to your dogs stay.
Medication must be in its original packaging, labelled with your dog’s name and administration instructions. All medication to be administered must be signed into our medication book otherwise it may not be administered.
We also have a vet on call.
In the event of your dog becoming ill, we will try our best to contact dogs owner before contacting veterinary assistance. The dog owner is responsible for paying all Veterinary costs.
Food:
We supply a mix of both dry and wet feed and recommend that you supply your own dogs feed, as changing your dogs feed suddenly may cause tummy upset. When providing your own dogs feed, It must be in its original packaging and labeled with your dogs name and feeding instructions.
Bedding:
We supply bedding and our Kennels are very comfortable and heated.
We do not accept any bedding blankets or toys from home for infection control purposes.
Opening hours for both day care and boarding:
Check-in and check out times:
Monday to Saturday
7am to 10 am
4pm to 6 pm
No Check in or check out available on Sundays
When booking please confirm the check-in and checkout times that you wish to avail of.

Rates:
Day care €20 per day
Dog boarding €25 per day
On the day of collection if you collect between 7am and 10am there will be no charge for that day however availing of our later collection slots from 4pm to 6 pm a daily charge of €25 will apply.
Payment methods:
You can pay directly into our bank account and please take a screenshot of your payment and forward it on to us for our records. We also accept cash.
We do not have a card machine or Revolut.
Full payment is required on day of check in.
Viewings:
Viewings are by appointment only and our viewing days and times Monday to Friday from 1-2pm and from 4-6pm.
Pet Taxi Service:
We can arrange a pet taxi service. This is an additional service and booking is required in advance.
